Daniel M. McManus
Born December 2, 1974 in Newton, Massachusetts, Dan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1998. Dan went on to Vermont Law School where he was a staff member of the Vermont Law Review and a member of the rugby team. Dan received the American Jurisprudence Award in constitutional law and graduated cum laude in 2001.
Dan worked as a Deputy State's Attorney for 3 1/2 years prior to coming to Barr Sternberg Moss Lawrence & Silver, P.C. Dan's practice areas include criminal defense, personal injury, landlord-tenant matters, domestic relations matters, employment law and general litigation. Outside of the office Dan enjoys reading, writing, jogging, hiking, snowboarding, golf, cooking and spending time with his daughter Aislinn and son, Braeden.
