David R. Fenster

David R. Fenster received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Vermont in 1989. He graduated with honors from the Cardozo School of Law in 1992. He clerked for a family law judge in New Jersey before relocating to Vermont. He began his career in Vermont in the Office of the Bennington County State's Attorney. He worked as a Deputy State's Attorney for almost 12 years before joining the firm.
