Jessica A. McManus joined the firm in October 2007. Before joining the firm, Ms. McManus was the Director and Staff Attorney for the Bennington County Office of Have Justice-Will Travel, Inc. In this capacity, she provided free legal assistance and representation to hundreds of women and children in Divorce, Child Support, Child Custody and Visitation, Parentage and Relief from Abuse matters. A 2001 graduate of Vermont Law School, Ms. McManus received the Who's Who in American Law Students national award for Outstanding Student of the Year in recognition of her work helping victims of domestic violence. In August 2007, she was awarded the Bennington County Bar Association's Glen Remington Award for her service to the Bennington Family Court on behalf of children. Jessica is committed to helping clients with the difficult transitions involved in Family Court Matters.
